Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time includes two stages:

Processing time
Within 1 to 3 business days after placing the order, it is verified, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment. -
Delivery time
France: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping is handled by La Poste.
All delivery times are exclusive of any potential customs delays.
During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, New Year's), delivery may take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping, including insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where is my package?
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the "Track your order" page accessible from the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, a single order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number does not work
Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update.
If tracking remains inactive after several days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
